She has around 20 years' experience in supporting senior executives to be outstanding leaders and helping them create high performing and healthy teams. She works with organisations internationally and leads her own coaching practice based in Montreal, Canada. Lynn holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and various qualifications in advanced facilitation, consulting skills, behavioural skills training, structural consulting and psychometric testing. She is also the published author of Unwritten Rules: What Women Need To Know About Leading In Today’s Organizations. Valerie provides one-to-one coaching, team development facilitation, and group coaching on leadership development programmes. She has managed large, complex global teams in supply chain, manufacturing production, business operations and HR. Valerie has a BS in Human Development from the University of California. Her first career was in journalism. She was a reporter, producer, and television editor. Recent coaching assignments include designing and running a global senior leadership development. She is an AC Accredited Coach and is currently co-authoring a book on compelling communication. Outside work, her current obsession is training for her first and last London Marathon.

Louise is based in Montreal, Canada, and speaks fluent English and French as well as conversational Spanish.
